Artisans, not NativeHand, are responsible for the items they sell. We verify sellers and work to keep the marketplace trustworthy, but we don't make or inspect the items, and the site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NativeHand isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid through NativeHand in the 6 months before the claim, or $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
You agree to cover NativeHand's reasonable losses and costs that result from your breach of these terms or your violation of the law, including any claim about items you list.
